Just wanted to say what an awesome job these guys did, they replaced our ducts in the crawlspace. Very professional, clean work area and all you could hope for! Thank you!! Everybody, y'all might wanna check your duct work if you're in an older home!!
I must say that Covenant Heating and Cooling did fantastic job over and above my expectation. My level on the bar is very high. I expect nothing but the best and they delivered big time.

Covenant just converted my traditional heat pump HVAC to Geothermal. Their work ethic, communication and diligence was beyond that of that of the two other local companies we have worked with previously. (In middle Tn.) We were blessed to have Chris, Taylor, Logan and Christopher at our home for the demolition, install, power on and system up. This team also had great support from Johnathan and Matt Bibb as well.

My main HVAC system (15 yrs old) had a leak through the coils, so the entire system needed to be replaced. Since we are in the middle of a Tennessee summer, Covenant is extremely busy. They couldn't get the system swapped out for 10 days, so they came back out and filled the unit with freon so my family and I could remain cool until the unit could be swapped out. I've used a number of HVAC companies over the years, but I have finally found a company that I can count on to be honest and provide excellent service.
Sometimes services calls are good experiences. My central HVAC was just not doing the job today ,Sunday. I called Covenant Heating and Cooling around 6:30 pm and Chris was here in about 30 minutes. A good cleaning, some Freon and a quick check of the system and we are cooling off. Chris provided very professional and straight forward customer service. Good Job! He also had some good advise on replacement units as mine is getting older. I know a little about HVAC and the brands suggested seemed inline with value and cost. Thanks Chris and thanks for coming out on Sunday evening.
Excellent service from the first call to after installation of our new unit!
My AC went out and I called several companies but what sold me on Covenant was the tech on call over Memorial day weekend. Over the phone he determined what the issue was and when he came out on Monday it was fixed. The issue was what he said it was over the phone. I recommend them and Chris was awesome from the first call to when he made it out to fix it.
Had units installed by this company and they have been working great. Had one unit stop working on me but they were able to get a service tech to my house within an hour of my call
Our air went out on Memorial Day weekend they were fast and great would never use a diffrent company. They called us a day or 2 later to make sure everything was ok. Thank you covenant. Top work Awesome and honest
