the company I work for has been doing business with Covenant Heating and Cooling for 7 years. We have been pleased with their customer service, their tech's knowledge and ability, and the value of what we pay for. Today, Brian came by and did our 6-month maintenance. He found we had an issue with our unit - he explained it to us thoroughly, and then fixed our issue in a timely manner. Each tech we've had over the years has been wonderful. There's a reason we keep calling them, year after year.

I've used Covenant for a general HVAC maintenance and had duct cleaning. I honestly cannot say enough about how nice, helpful, and trustworthy they are. We've had a handful of issues fixed and every time someone has taken time to make sure I understand why something might need to be addressed. Chris particularly took time out of his evening to walk me through some questions and educate me on how my system works. It's really nice to be able to trust a company to do right by you. They even prayed for my baby's heart surgery and followed up to ask how she was after. Not a lot of people or companies do that. I'm telling you, hire this company, they care about doing the right thing.

I am reviewing the evaluation process used by Matt Caylor of Covenant Heating and Cooling. I am very favorably impressed with the manner in which he developed his bid.
I called Covenant to bid on a replacement for our outdoor unit which uses gas to heat and electricity to cool. I chose to call Covenant because the company advertises that their techs are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified. Having researched the significance of that certification, I know the standards they have chosen to meet.
Of all the bids I got, Matt was one of only three who took the time to research the conditions of my house. Of the three, Matt was the most thorough. He took into account the condition of the home. He measured the size and number of the windows and took into consideration manufacture and condition of the windows. He asked about insulation in the attic and crawlspace and size of the interior.
Matt and I discussed issues about airflow because I would not allow him inside the house due to concerns about the Covid virus. No other representative or contractor was as complete in assessing my house and how the results of the appraisal affected my needs for proper air conditioning.
Matt took the time to explain what was involved in his thought process, emphasizing important criteria and observations. He used the data he gathered to determine the best sized HVAC product, employing software based calculations instead of just "eyeballing."
I am impressed with how Matt represented himself and Covenant Heating and Cooling.

Recently purchased a new home in which the water heater and HVAC needed replacing. We chose Covenant based on the reviews and they lived up to every expectation. The level of professionalism that each technician and manager displayed was anything we've received from other service companies. An absolute pleasure to work with and fairly priced. I wish they did more than heating and cooling!! =)

There are good air conditioning companies in the Hendersonville area, I have done business with several good companies over the years. In 2014, we purchased an A/C unit without reading reviews on the Brand. The company that installed the unit got tired of my calls. I complained on the first day the new unit was noisy. Apparently, the unit has a "variable" fan motor. All I know is I have been listening to what I call a wobbly tone for years. The day I called Covenant I was hoping they would hear me out. So yesterday Chris from Covenant made some changes to our unit. He adjusted the fan, installed something to make the unit more efficient and last night I got some sleep. That wobbly tone was so disturbing that I would not run the unit during the day because the tone would get stuck in my head and I would hear when I wasn't even home (tinnitus.) Well Covenant must have taken 10 calls from me in the past 6 months. Each time I was treated with kindness. No one got tired of my calls. I can not say enough about how diligent Covenant was toward resolving my problem. I highly recommend this company because I was treated well and most of all Chris found a solution for me. Thanks for the sleep Chris! You really helped me with this terrible problem I WAS having. gone now!

Just bought a new home and needed to have the entire HVAC system replaced. Got bids from several recommended contractors and decided to go forward with Covenant. We were VERY impressed with their process and transparency. They explained all the options and pricing and recommended ways we could save. Installation went off without any issues and the unit works great. Everyone was been a pleasure to work with and the company truly strives to provide and amazing customer experience. Highly recommend.
