Jonathan came out and gave me an estimate, and within a few days his crew was here and had the new unit in! His estimate beat other competitors and they were all very efficient and professional! I definately made the right choice by going with Covenant!
Covenant Heating and Cooling took great care of our family when our heat went out a few weeks ago. We got four different bids and, though they were not the lowest bid, they were the most thorough, attentive to our needs and goals, and flexible with our particular situation. They truly seek to serve the public and stand behind their quality products and their service. I really felt guided through a stressful decision and they helped us decide what solution was best for us, not just what would make them the most profit. They came back to check their work and ensure a quality finish to the job. I highly recommend them.
We called Covenant Heating and Cooling to fix an ongoing issue of our A/C units leaking condensation into our home. We have hired several other companies to attempt to fix the issue but only received temporary fixes. Covenant Heating and Cooling sent Chris Schaefer on the same day we called. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to explain the entire process as he cleaned all the drain lines and cleaned the mold build-up. We finally have the issue resolved and are extremely grateful for such a great service tech! We will call Covenant Heating Cooling for all our future maintenance!

After literally being scammed by two other companies, I had the good fortune of finding Jonathan Bibb and Covenant Heating and Cooling. Along with an excellent team, Jonathan is a man of impeccable integrity. He is hands-on, does exactly what he says he will do, and then stands behind the finished product. He recently installed a new 2.5 ton HVAC system for me, and I could not be more pleased. If I had written the script on how I wanted this to go, I could not have written it better. Best HVAC company out there! These guys were the only ones to respond to my weekend call when my air conditioning went out on a very hot weekend. They went above and beyond to replace my unit in a professional and timely manner. There really is no one else to call, in my opinion. Thank you again for your exceptional service!
As long as Covenant is around I'll never use anyone else for any of my HVAC needs. They're honest, courteous, and extremely fair in all of their dealings with me. I've used them for my own home and for a rental property I own and they took the time to meet with me and explain all of the options and made sure I would be satisfied with the work they were doing and the price.
Chris was great! He was fast and courteous. He went above and beyond and gave suggestions on what I might be running into in the future. He fixed the problem of our high electric bill due to a broken part in my HVAC unit. Great job and thank you!
