Covenant did a fantastic job for us! Our heat went out in the middle of a cold snap. Our usual company told us they couldn't fix the problem for several days. Covenant took care of it right away AND charged us much less. We'll be switching our business to them!
This company is fantastic. They talked us through what our needs were thoroughly and gave us options as well as whether or not those options would be cost effective for our daily usage and needs. The owner came out and met with us, provided us a quote and got us scheduled for HVAC system replacement in less than two weeks. It could have been 1 week but we requested to push it out a little further to accommodate a family trip. Everyone who came out was friendly and professional and simply amazing. If you're replacing an HVAC system or just getting some work done, Covenant is the best place to go for quality products and customer care. Hands down. This coming from someone who NEVER writes reviews unless they are bad.... yeah, these people are that impressive. Call them!
This was the absolute best experience I have had with house repairs/upgrades in my entire life. I do not say that lightly! These guys showed up at the right time, on the right date, got to work right away, and finished in the projected timespan. They had a lot of work to do, but they budgeted their time accordingly and were true to their word from start to finish. There were no surprises in regards to price (no deviations from the quote) and no surprises in regards to project completion time. The only surprise I encountered was how EXCELLENT the work was. I don't know anything about HVAC or ductwork, but we went with rigid ducts and my husband and I have spent the past two weeks commenting on how BEAUTIFUL they are. Our old ducts were flexline and sagging all over the place and you just don't realize what great workmanship looks like until you see it for yourself.
You can tell that good business and HVAC is actually a passion for these guys and not just a paycheck. If you want top of the line and latest innovation for your home, there is just nowhere else to turn to. They are knowledgeable with HVACs, ductwork, indoor air quality, ventilation, ER-V's, you name it. I called 4 HVAC companies before I got around to these guys and I am SO GLAD we waited and didn't go with the first companies because these guys were "the one" for us. My only wish is that they did other renovation work outside of HVAC!
They sent out a tech named Clayton who was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was also very neat and asked for a broom to clean up after his work. He had our heat working in no time. Great guy Great company whom I would highly recommend to anyone. Honest folks and they also called back to follow up. If you are looking for someone who will do the job and be honest and reliable this is the company.
I purchased a Heating/Cooling system from Covenant.Fantastic company to work with. Prompt, professional, and excellent communication and customer service. They took the time to explain everything about the process and answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!!!!
Jonathan came out and gave me an estimate, and within a few days his crew was here and had the new unit in! His estimate beat other competitors and they were all very efficient and professional! I definately made the right choice by going with Covenant!
Covenant Heating and Cooling took great care of our family when our heat went out a few weeks ago. We got four different bids and, though they were not the lowest bid, they were the most thorough, attentive to our needs and goals, and flexible with our particular situation. They truly seek to serve the public and stand behind their quality products and their service. I really felt guided through a stressful decision and they helped us decide what solution was best for us, not just what would make them the most profit. They came back to check their work and ensure a quality finish to the job. I highly recommend them.
We called Covenant Heating and Cooling to fix an ongoing issue of our A/C units leaking condensation into our home. We have hired several other companies to attempt to fix the issue but only received temporary fixes. Covenant Heating and Cooling sent Chris Schaefer on the same day we called. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to explain the entire process as he cleaned all the drain lines and cleaned the mold build-up. We finally have the issue resolved and are extremely grateful for such a great service tech! We will call Covenant Heating Cooling for all our future maintenance!

After literally being scammed by two other companies, I had the good fortune of finding Jonathan Bibb and Covenant Heating and Cooling. Along with an excellent team, Jonathan is a man of impeccable integrity. He is hands-on, does exactly what he says he will do, and then stands behind the finished product. He recently installed a new 2.5 ton HVAC system for me, and I could not be more pleased. If I had written the script on how I wanted this to go, I could not have written it better. Thank you Jonathan. You have a customer for life.
