Jonathan Bibb
Owner/President
Jonathan's career in the HVAC industry began in 1998. In 2010 he and his wife Stacey stepped out in faith. They opened Covenant Heating and Cooling with the idea that an HVAC business could succeed without sacrificing integrity or its commitment to serving others. Eleven years later, Jonathan now serves as president of Covenant. He is a State of Tennessee licensed mechanical contractor and a NATE certified technician. Jonathan is also the author of The Sole Proprietor's Handbook, hosts the Sole Success podcast, and is the head curator of Sole Success. Jonathan enjoys just about anything outdoors, but most of all, living life with his family and following his savior, Jesus.
Stacey Bibb
Owner/CFO
Stacey has been with Covenant Heating and Cooling since its beginning in 2010. She has filled various administrative positions during her years with the company and is currently the CFO. Her favorite thing about her career is getting to work with her husband of 26 years, Jonathan. She also enjoys the interaction between team members in a family-owned business and knowing we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. Stacey is an avid reader and enjoys traveling with her family.
Matt Bibb
Director of Residential Operations
Since 2011, Matt has served in various capacities at Covenant. He is the Director of Field Operations, and a State of Tennessee licensed Electrical Contractor. Matt excels in managing daily field operations. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, and carpentry.
Christi Eller
Director of Human Resources
Christi Eller, SHRM-CP has been the Director of HR and Administration with Covenant Heating and Cooling since 2014. She is a Trevecca Nazarene University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in management and human relations and she is also a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional. Christi and her husband, Glen, have three wonderful children and two beautiful grandchildren that keep them very busy. When Christi is not working, she is very busy with her family and all of their activities. She also enjoys volunteering with Robertson County’s 4-H programs, traveling, kayaking, and raising chickens.
