Recently purchased a new home in which the water heater and HVAC needed replacing. We chose Covenant based on the reviews and they lived up to every expectation. The level of professionalism that each technician and manager displayed was anything we've received from other service companies. An absolute pleasure to work with and fairly priced. I wish they did more than heating and cooling!! =)
There are good air conditioning companies in the Hendersonville area, I have done business with several good companies over the years. In 2014, we purchased an A/C unit without reading reviews on the Brand. The company that installed the unit got tired of my calls. I complained on the first day the new unit was noisy. Apparently, the unit has a "variable" fan motor. All I know is I have been listening to what I call a wobbly tone for years. The day I called Covenant I was hoping they would hear me out. So yesterday Chris from Covenant made some changes to our unit. He adjusted the fan, installed something to make the unit more efficient and last night I got some sleep. That wobbly tone was so disturbing that I would not run the unit during the day because the tone would get stuck in my head and I would hear when I wasn't even home (tinnitus.) Well Covenant must have taken 10 calls from me in the past 6 months. Each time I was treated with kindness. No one got tired of my calls. I can not say enough about how diligent Covenant was toward resolving my problem. I highly recommend this company because I was treated well and most of all Chris found a solution for me. Thanks for the sleep Chris! You really helped me with this terrible problem I WAS having. gone now!
Just bought a new home and needed to have the entire HVAC system replaced. Got bids from several recommended contractors and decided to go forward with Covenant. We were VERY impressed with their process and transparency. They explained all the options and pricing and recommended ways we could save. Installation went off without any issues and the unit works great. Everyone was been a pleasure to work with and the company truly strives to provide and amazing customer experience. Highly recommend.

Called on A Saturday for a heater not working they had a technician out in a few hours to inspect and troubleshoot. He had to order the part. They came out Wednesday repaired my unit in an hour. This company has excellent communication by texting and email when and who is in route and they keep their appointments on time. The technician was clean, courteous, and very professional. And the office staff was able to accommodate my needs with a warranty company issue I was having. Overall no one wants to pay for a costly repair but with excellent customer service they made the need so much more easier. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to others.

We used this company for our cooling last summer, and we just used them again for our heat today. They are the PERFECT example of how a company is supposed to be operated. Very kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly they are honest. There might be cheaper options out there, but they have the best value. I know if I call them, the problem will be fixed and it will be done with a smile. If they did local business awards, Covenant should win 1st place.
I have never written a review for anything, but felt I needed to praise the professionalism and work ethic of Chris. We became aware of Covenant after my wife's parents needed some AC work done and they spoke so highly of the work product and person who showed up (who took time to have several meaningful, memorable conversations with my mother in law who was recovering from surgery). So when our new home started suffering from some sub-optimal HVAC installation--despite being built only 5 years prior--and the AC stopped working, we called Covenant. Unfortunately, 3 out of 4 AC coils needed replacing. Chris was very thorough in his explanations and very kind in acknowledging the financial impact of the diagnosis; his interactions with our 3 young children were similarly kind. He even drew a diagram of what the issue was and explained it to my five year old (who was super interested in what was going on). When Chris came back to begin the work, my five year old immediately recognized him and remembered his name (high praise!). He arrived in the early morning and spent more than a full day in our attic and under our house well past dark. He never wavered from his compassionate demeanor. We invited him for dinner which he politely declined eating his lunch AND dinner in his work truck. He went above and beyond not only fixing the problem, but re-configuring some duct work to prevent future issues. His capability, personality, and expertise would be valued in any industry and am so thankful that he was the one who showed up when our AC went out! Oh, and that kind man who helped my mother in law, yep, it was Chris.
Time to have our HVAC and gas log checked out for the rapidly approaching winter. Covenant was highly recommended and Brian arrived during the early part of the window and promptly fixed our old gas log and checked out our HVAC and related items. The news was good and Brian gave my wife and I peace of mind for the winter with no marketing ploys or repair bills. First contact with a "new for us" company is very important and Brian was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and our dog "Max" gave him(and Covenant) the sniff of approval. We will be using Covenant to maintain/improve our systems from now on. Thanks
I would like to take a moment to say that I am so grateful. I am 64 years old and can't do things like I once could. I was broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire on Friday evening and a young man named Will was the only person who stopped to help of what looked like 200 cars that passed. Imagine this I do not carry a cellphone (imagine a person who doesn't have a cellphone in this day and age) but he found I had no spare so he made a call to someone he knew and took my tire to get it fixed. They was unable to repair the tire so he bought me a new tire and came back to install it. I offered to repay him as soon as I could but he said he was once in the same situation and someone helped him so he wanted nothing in return. What a blessing this guy is. Bravo covenant for hiring such a wonderful man
