They replaced our upstairs split unit. We got other quotes and they were the highest. Decided to go with them because of past experience with company for service and maintenance, and length of warranty offered on new unit. Covenant is always on top of their game. Not the cheapest, but reasonable for the service, and I go to sleep each night with no worries about my HVAC system. They are always on time, courteous and efficient. Brian did my latest maintenance call, and upholds the high standard Covenant has set for itself.

Fast service! After 2 days of my unit finally calling it quits, we had a new unit installed up and running! The best!
We called Covenant for an emergency repair during the bad ice storm because we had a loud noise coming from a register that we thought was a problem with the furnace /air handler. Brandon showed up, determined the problem was actually a frozen drain pipe from our sump pump that over pressurized and had blown off the coupling from the pump to the drain. The sound we were hearing was actually the water from the pump hitting the ductwork anytime the sump Pump came on. He cleared the ice from our drain lines and got everything working normal again. He was Very professional and I can't recommend this company enough.
Same day service on a Saturday - Brandon fixed our problem and showed us how to replace filters in the future (including which to order). Such a great experience, we signed up for the annual maintenance program!
