I appreciate Tony taking time to listen to the issue at hand. I left a message on the service first, my call was returned before 9am and service was the next day. Brandon was the person who explained what he thought was wrong and as I sit her now I can tell he was right. BTW - my personal experience with the Trane brand is not the best. The unit is loud in my opinion which I noticed on the first day it was installed. Covenant Heat has patiently listened to me, researched the issue and made the unit operate at a volume I can tolerate. I appreciate it because tonight we will sleep! Becky & Jeremy were very nice too. Happy Customer here, again. Thanks Covenant.
My family woke up to a cold house on a Sunday morning due to our heat going out sometime overnight. I searched online for a company who might be able to help and stumbled upon Covenant Heating & Cooling. After reading through many of their happy customer's reviews I gave them a call. It was early in the morning and I spoke with their answering service who assured me a tech would reach out soon. Within 10 minutes a very friendly tech, Jeremy, gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. Less than two hours from the initial phone call our heat was up and running again. Jeremy was fantastic. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his quick response time was very much appreciated on a cold Sunday morning. The price for an emergency service call and the actual repair was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be using Covenant Heating & Air for all of our HVAC needs and will recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors! Thank you Jeremy for coming to our rescue this morning!
Thank to Covenant Heating and Cooling I finally have a brand new working A/C! I called around for estimates but CHC were the ones who got back with me on my estimate. Shout out to Matt for doing the estimate in pouring down rain and was still professional about it. You guys are the best! Thanks for all the work that got put into my unit. The technicians did a awesome job as well. Would 100% recommend this company to any of my friends and family.
Rodney performed our bi-annual service last week. He was a bit early, great by us, and took care to notice our second unit, which for some reason was not on our order. He also performed maintenance on our gas fireplace. The total service time was a bit longer than usual but as this was Rodney's first visit to our home was understandable. He was pleasant and professional.
Brian Benter serviced our units and was very professional. Jonathan has a great team and great service.

He was consultative and explained every step of the way.
He was careful in my home and has great communication and people skills.

Brian was a great help getting our airflow regulated. Very clear in his explanation of what he did, how it will help, and how to take steps to personalize it to our own comfort level.
We had trouble w ac not cooling and frozen up. Jeff was very professional and explained the problem well. He fixed the problem.

We definitely recommend this Christian-based company. Chris Schaefer was especially patient with me, visiting several times and explaining all options until I made up my mind. I am not an impulse purchase person :) He was very informative, and there was no pressure. Installation came with a coupon for free duct cleaning! And they are very quick to answer any questions or show up if needed after installation. We even received a surprise check in the mail, sharing the money from recycling our old unit! Oh, and if you're on the fence, buy an Air Scrubber. Purifies the air in your whole house, right inside the heating and cooling unit.
