We called Covenant for an emergency repair during the bad ice storm because we had a loud noise coming from a register that we thought was a problem with the furnace /air handler. Brandon showed up, determined the problem was actually a frozen drain pipe from our sump pump that over pressurized and had blown off the coupling from the pump to the drain. The sound we were hearing was actually the water from the pump hitting the ductwork anytime the sump Pump came on. He cleared the ice from our drain lines and got everything working normal again. He was Very professional and I can't recommend this company enough.
Same day service on a Saturday - Brandon fixed our problem and showed us how to replace filters in the future (including which to order). Such a great experience, we signed up for the annual maintenance program!

This is a good place. They care and very prompt and good at what they do. I had lost my heat middle of the night and they came out tech was awsome and I will be using them in the future.
We became members back in August and we have been very pleased with their service since. Yesterday, Brian came out to perform our HVAC maintenance. He was not only polite but professional, friendly and made sure we were treated well, meeting all of our needs! We had our Air Ducts cleaned several months ago and my husband tells me all the time that the air quality inside our home, since the cleaning, is pristine!
