The technician came on time, got right on the job, corrected the problem and gave me a complete explanation. It was a great experience. I will definitely call them again.

I can't say enough good about this company. My mom has dementia and I try to come in and help with things every other month while my sister who lives nearby deals with all the day-to-day stuff. When we discovered water leaking from under her air conditioner on Sunday, I hoped that I'd be able to get somebody out before I left town, later in the week.
I called first thing Monday morning and Covenant was able to get somebody out same day (I was thrilled and shocked) and Brandon called me as they said he would but I also received a text letting me know that he had completed his previous job and was going to be contacting me. After that, I received an email confirming he was on his way and a picture so I would know him easily.
THIS is how you service people. Thank you so much Covenant! I recommend anybody and everybody use them, but please wait until my mom's unit is complete. (JK)

I can't say enough about Covenant. They are truly customer first. Sent a tech on a holiday weekend, Saturday, sales on Sunday (after church of course), installed new unit Wednesday (old unit was 30 yrs old), guys stayed until 11 pm to make sure work was done so we had AC. They wanted to make sure we could be comfortable. Truly a class act. Thank you!!!

5 years ago I shopped around for a quality American Standard HVAC installer and settled on Covenant. The installation was flawless. Future support was discussed and my memory says that we agreed that if nothing happened in the first 6 months, it would be fine for the first two years. Sounded reasonable. 2,3,4 years pass and no contact by them for a maintenance check. Disappointed. Now my system is getting to the point that I'm sure it could use a routine check.
Contacted them and their rates for maintenance were better than others so I entered into a maintenance agreement. When he came out he was efficient and seemed to be knowledgeable.
Update: since I contacted them for regular maintenance they have been stellar! Increased my rating to 5.
