I can't say enough about Covenant. They are truly customer first. Sent a tech on a holiday weekend, Saturday, sales on Sunday (after church of course), installed new unit Wednesday (old unit was 30 yrs old), guys stayed until 11 pm to make sure work was done so we had AC. They wanted to make sure we could be comfortable. Truly a class act. Thank you!!!
5 years ago I shopped around for a quality American Standard HVAC installer and settled on Covenant. The installation was flawless. Future support was discussed and my memory says that we agreed that if nothing happened in the first 6 months, it would be fine for the first two years. Sounded reasonable. 2,3,4 years pass and no contact by them for a maintenance check. Disappointed. Now my system is getting to the point that I'm sure it could use a routine check.
Contacted them and their rates for maintenance were better than others so I entered into a maintenance agreement. When he came out he was efficient and seemed to be knowledgeable.
Update: since I contacted them for regular maintenance they have been stellar! Increased my rating to 5.
Alec came out to our house both times and worked with me to my get upstairs fan coil functional after another company left me with the unit wired incorrectly. Thanks to Alec, we got the unit functional just before the hot weather got to us. Thanks Alec!
4/19/2022 Update - Several years later, Covenant continues to provide excellent service and the unit itself continues humming like a top. Very satisfied with our decision years ago to choose Covenant. We will continue to take advantage of their seasonal service plans.
Very customer focused company. To replace our 19 year old 3.5 ton unit, I got eight local quotes. Covenant was hands down the best price/manufacturer combo. Salesman and technicians were great. Worked well with our young children and weird dog. Follow up from the office is impressive. They sent cookies and even a check for the value of our old unit they hauled off to be recycled. Very satisfied. Also feel good about supporting a local business.
Have used Covenant for my HVAC need's and they are professional, have courteous techs, are on time and keep you informed throughout the job.
