Alec Brown arrived at my house on time and got directly to work. His work was effective and restored my air conditioning unit to full function. He was courteous, friendly, and business like during this entire transaction. I strongly recommend Covenant Heat & Cooling for repair of a malfunctioning air conditioning system.
The technician came on time, got right on the job, corrected the problem and gave me a complete explanation. It was a great experience. I will definitely call them again.
I can't say enough good about this company. My mom has dementia and I try to come in and help with things every other month while my sister who lives nearby deals with all the day-to-day stuff. When we discovered water leaking from under her air conditioner on Sunday, I hoped that I'd be able to get somebody out before I left town, later in the week.
I called first thing Monday morning and Covenant was able to get somebody out same day (I was thrilled and shocked) and Brandon called me as they said he would but I also received a text letting me know that he had completed his previous job and was going to be contacting me. After that, I received an email confirming he was on his way and a picture so I would know him easily.
THIS is how you service people. Thank you so much Covenant! I recommend anybody and everybody use them, but please wait until my mom's unit is complete. (JK)
