Tech was great
The price of Covenant's annual maintenance was very reasonable for my two units. They were able to schedule a service appointment the same week I contacted them. Reminder text and emails were sent, as well as a phone call. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite and courteous. Very satisfied that I decide to have Covenant service my units.
I have never had a bad experience with this company! They are always wonderful to work with. They schedule quickly and the technicians are always on time, sometimes even early! My technician today was Travis. He answered all my questions honestly, gave me advice, and was very professional. Troy will be coming out later this week to advise on a plan, and I have no doubt that I will be in good hands. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend this company!
Covenant Heating and Cooling has served me well. They are always responsive, friendly, and professional.
