Covenant was absolutely amazing. Our unit stopped working on a Wednesday afternoon and they had someone out Thursday afternoon once I got home from work. Alec was extremely professional and hoped it was an easy fix but after making that fix, realized it was a much bigger problem. Being a 12 year old unit, he and I agreed I probably shouldn't spend a large chunk of money on something that could have more issues 6 months later, especially since 7 months prior I had a separate company out to make $1,300 worth of repairs already. He set up an appointment and the next day Jordan came out and went over all the options for new units and went into great detail about the quality of each one. He was extremely professional and polite and I enjoyed learning from him. He told me to talk with my wife about it and get back with him and hopefully he could get us scheduled in with a week- week & 1/2 timeframe. Monday came I contacted him to say which unit we wanted and he immediately got us scheduled and to our surprise was able to get us in that coming Thursday. I talked to Vicky a few times to go over details and she was very polite and a joy to talk to. The crew came out on time Thursday morning and wasted no time installing the new unit. Rodney came out that afternoon when I got home to install the new breaker and thermostat and was very polite and even fixed a minor electrical issue he noticed in the breaker box, not related to the unit, free of charge. I cannot recommend this company enough. It's always stressful when you have to have major repairs or get an expensive system installed but their knowledge, responsiveness, and great customer service made this process very easy on my wife and I. Thank you again.
