We are always able to get same day appointments with them, they give discounts for being a member and explain the problem in detail. We've had excellent customer service from everyone but Conner is an exceptional human being. I would highly recommend requesting him for your appointments, he works incredibly hard, is SO caring, and professional. We will forever be loyal to this company because of Conner!

I wish I could give Covenant Heating and Cooling more than 5 stars! I recently moved to the area they service and didn't know any businesses to service my A/C unit and I'm so thankful I stumbled upon Covenant. They offer top notch service, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced. They offer service that is timely, they have never made me wait for weeks to service my unit. They are responsive to calls they receive. Their technician, Jeremy, has been the one that's came to my house and he is absolutely the best! He definitely knows what he is doing and is honest and dependable. Covenant Heating and Cooling is by far the best Customer Service all the way around I have ever had from a business of this type. They have certainly earned a life long customer in me! I highly recommend them for all your Heating and Cooling needs, just give them a call or check out their website!
I was so impressed how friendly and helpful everyone was. A/C went out during this heat wave, and I knew they would be busy. They still made it the same day ( I did not even think it would be possible when I called). When Andrew arrived, he was friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained and fixed the problem in no time, and at a very fair price too! I will definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will certainly use them again!
I have relied on Covenant for unit maintenance, replacement, consultations, and emergency service for several years and through one house renovation and then a move. I cannot overstate how reliable their work is whether regular maintenance, emergency service, or unit replacement. Their prices are appropriate, their warranties and commitments genuine, and the team responsive. Linda in the office is incredible and all together seals the fact that you won't find a better heating and cooling company in Nashville or the surrounding area. And I wasn't asked for this review, nor am I receiving anything for it—I just know that it is important to support exceptional businesses and to also be a good neighbor. This review is one way I can do both!
During our routine maintenance visit, it was determined that one of our units needed more Freon, but it was frozen and couldn't be added immediately. Conner offered to go take care of a few other customers and come back that evening at the end of his day. He is one of the most courteous, polite service providers I've ever had in my home. Their communication was thorough and I appreciate that he wanted to ensure our unit was working properly as soon as possible. Would absolutely recommend!
Well we had Brandon come out to fix 5 apartment split units and he has done the best job we could ask for. Very nice and respectful. He also is very great at what he does. He gets in done the right way and knows what he is doing. We all from our team want to thank you so much. You desrve more than a 5 star rating ????????????. You have done a great job. I can't tell you how many times Covenant has come through for me! They are legit the best HVAC company I've ever experienced. LeAnn and the techs are always so respectful and genuinely care about getting my properties perfectly serviced. 10/10 HIGH RECOMMEND!!!!! If you don't ever choose this company it is really your loss.
