Update: 9/26/2023. Today your company installed a new unit for me: arrived on time! Very professional Team came out and treated my home like it was there own. Completed the Job quickly. And when they left, there were no signs of them even being here. Well except for the new unit! Thank yall for the best experience!

We are always able to get same day appointments with them, they give discounts for being a member and explain the problem in detail. We've had excellent customer service from everyone but Conner is an exceptional human being. I wish I could give Covenant Heating and Cooling more than 5 stars! I recently moved to the area they service and didn't know any businesses to service my A/C unit and I'm so thankful I stumbled upon Covenant. They offer top notch service, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced. They offer service that is timely, they have never made me wait for weeks to service my unit. They are responsive to calls they receive. Their technician, Jeremy, has been the one that's came to my house and he is absolutely the best! He definitely knows what he is doing and is honest and dependable. Covenant Heating and Cooling is by far the best Customer Service all the way around I have ever had from a business of this type. They have certainly earned a life long customer in me! I highly recommend them for all your Heating and Cooling needs, just give them a call or check out their website!
