My service technician, Ryan, was courteous and thorough. He kept me updated as he ran up and down stairs, in and out of doors, to check all the aspects of my system. Covenant installed this system almost nine years ago and working with them has been a pleasure.
The entire Covenant team have been responsive, timely, and problem solving. In addition, they treat the customer like a family member.

Our heat went out during one of the coldest spells we've ever had. The technician got here two hours earlier than was expected. ( We told them we would be here all day.) He fixed the issue quickly and for a fair price.
