Covenant has always been professional in their service. I also appreciate their communication system of reminders and alerts that technician is on the way. No more "wondering when the tech is going to show up".

Very responsive and prompt. Arrived on time with plenty of notice. Cleaned up our gas logs and helped me understand best practice for using them. Glad to be on a maintenance plan with them.
